By treating 4-grain bok beer (6.5%) with the eisbock method, this beer has been transformed into our powerful Ex-Girlfriend. Which we then aged in Jamaican rum barrels. It has aromas of almond, apple syrup, cherry and licorice, and flavours of chocolate, wood and gale.

This year’s special Foreign Legionnaire. Brewed, fermented, aged, separated, frozen, thawed, barreled, aged, separated, carbonated and filled. A journey of more than a year has now come to an end. Onstaan door COVID (fusten over) is onze Eisbock niet weg te denken uit ons portfolio. Omdat we samenwerken met bakkerij Nagelkerke hebben we vriescapaciteit om dit mooie bier te blijven maken. De dubbel wordt ingevroren en ingedikt van 7,5% naar 12%, de smaak is hierdoor ook veel intenser.
