We’ve gone a bit coconutty for this collab with Norwegian friends Amundsen. Kicks-off with tropical aromas of pineapple, before hitting you up with a big punch of toasted coconut and a rounded bitter finish

A softly tropical pale ale with stone fruit aromas of guava and mango and a strong hoppy finish.

Now this is a DIPA! Properly dank with a tonne of aroma. The nose is all heady ripe stone fruits. The flavour is piney and resinous. The body is full, with a soft mouthfeel. This one won’t hang around for long…

Dat Coco’s in IPA’s kan werken is voor mij gebleken, maar in een IPA (of hoppig blond bier) heeft het volgens Bieromaniac z’n (kokos)vruchten nog niet af weten te werpen. Zal deze IPA van North daar verandering in brengen? #NorthBrewing #Amundsen #IPA
