An imperial stout aged in Cognac, Olorosso sherry, and Islay whisky barrels.

Barrel Aged Stoutwine. A blend of Baltic porter aged in Cognac barrels for 600 days, plus a black barleywine aged in maple syrup barrels for 500 days. Made for De Caigny’s 40th anniversary.
